Before and current: 200-150ish

Hi everyone,
I'm Ella, and this is my first post. I've been lurking this forum for a long time now and finally got the courage to contribute something.

(btw: I just turned 21, and I'm 5'5.5")

So here are my amazingly embarrassing before pictures. I think I was somewhere around 200 lbs, but I really have no idea. The highest I ever weighed myself was 198.8, then immediately went on a diet and exercise program.

And here are some, some what, current pictures of me. These were taken in May of this year at around 150-155lbs.

I'm currently jumping around 138-144. Still a ways to go!
I'll post another update when I get into the lower 130's

My goal weight is in-between 115-120lbs (because I'm short lol!)
I lost the first 40lbs just from a change in my diet and minimal exercise. I was basically a bread and pasta addict. So I ate a lot less of those things and added more fruits and veggies to my diet.
Now I do ashtanga yoga 3-5 times a week and I just started jogging 3-5 times a week as well. I have a rather high body fat % and I know that I'll really need to step it up on the exercise front to fix that.
 
you're frikken gorgeous in that last pic! you look amazing. good job! you have pretty much the same starting weight and goal weight as me! except i'm only 170. so hello my new inspiration! :D
 
wow, i just joined today and seeing how great you look now really makes me want to do this even more. congratss you look awesome!
 
ill be honest.. you look really good! you will be a knockout when you get to your goal weight!!! Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
