I do eat fruits, but sparingly, only two fruits a day for now but eventually I might have more. A more accurate way to put it is I cut out all added sugar, but if the food has "natural" sugar in it, like fruit or plain yogurt, ect. I still have it. Generally that means I mostly foods that have not been processed (or have been processed as little as possible) and a good rule is if it is wrapped in plastic and sold on a shelf, I don't eat it.
