Before and ALMOST after

I started my diet around in late July at around 228lb. I am 154.2LB as of April 22. My height is 5'7 and my diet consisted of eating an average of 1800 quality calories a day and a lifting routine 3 days a week. I also play racquetball and run on my off days.

I am at 16% body fat at the moment and my goal is to lose 3-5 more pounds before i start bulking up.

Dude, you look awesome. So you lost the weight and then you are going to build up you muscle? I am planning to do the same thing.
 
Yup, thats the plan. My routine consists of 40 minutes of lifting and 20 minutes of cardio on mwf. I usually do some sort of cardio activities on my off days. Ive been increasing my lifts every 3+ weeks now. I think it will get better once i eat more.
 
Nicely done. I, too, am hoping to follow the same path. I've picked 170 as my target weight but we'll see when I get there if that's where I want to be before deciding to put weight back on. Good luck with the rest of your plan!

Yes, thats a fusion dance. We were both kind of tipsy..so the posture is terrible in that picture.
