Nice work man, not the best pics but there is some good progress there.

thanks for the reply..ill put up some better pics at another point but thats all i got right now..afraid my progress is going to go to waste bc of my job tho

Bummer. How long are you out at sea?

Can you do pulls-ups/chin-ups in a submarine or is the ceiling too low?

Lets see .. sit-ups, push-ups. Do you have a heavy bag for boxing on the sub?

That being said, I guess you probably don't want too many guys working into a sweat down there ...

I really don't know much about the navy or modern submarines :(

lol yea its not the ideal place for staying in shape..the food isnt that great for you..not much time/space to work out..theres 1 treadmill when youre out to sea..not really any weights..sea time can range between a few days and a few months at a time..im in port right now but our work weeks are about 100 hours a week so i dont have much time to work out and im not very effective when i do..ive put on a few pounds of muscle unfortunately with a little bit of body fat but i understand that cant be avoided..im obsessed with working out tho so ill always make time for it..and i eat as clean as possible..any ideas on some good clean bulking food that wont perish very fast? im making a sams club run after the gym

nice work buddy. i'm getting a lot of inspiration looking at these pics...Sure look forward to seeing my own results.

yea... what the person above me says...
