i have three sons they are 4 2 and 9 months i struggled with weight loss since the birth of my first after my third i decided to finally get it done i went from 161 to 122 in 4 months of water excercise and eating right...the best workout is the biggets loser it has really dont the job for me:jump:

Wow! Congrats!! I have 4 children but 3 are the exact same ages as yours(3boys and a girl)!! What type of water exercise did you do? I am at 166 and my goal weight is 125.. I am eating 1200-1600 calories a day and am doing aerobics 3x a week any tips that could help me lose as quickly as you did??

While I'm not a fan of the biggest loser show.... you look great. Very nice progress, much to be proud of! :)
 
to all who are wondering

the only thing i did to lose weight is watch what i eat i dont eat junk no more i eat wheat thins ,yogurt ,fruit for snacks pretzels are also good too...drink lots of water...stay away from soda if i drink one soda the next day im bloated all over again...people like to count their calories but as long as u count your calories u also have to look at what your eating...you cant eat junk all day to count your calories it would be pointless..and the more u watch what u eat the more u can eat cause the good stuff has less calories..i also workout to the biggest loser video everyday..the cardio and the strength and sculpt...the more u work your muscles the more calories u will burn..now that im happy at what im at i only workout 3 times maybe 4 times a week.my biggest issue is my belly if any have tips let me know please..im sorry i cant pm any of u cause im a new memeber..they wont let me. and i greatly appreciate all the comments it helps alot
 
Wow you look great! I bought The Biggest Loser DVD a year ago and lost 20lbs. on the 6 week workout plan but then I got pregnant with twins shortly after and went up to 275lbs (sux), I gave birth June 14th and started back on the DVD plus walk a couple miles a day and do the elliptical 3x a week and I am down to 210lb. I still have alot to do but to be not even 3 months post partum and down 65lbs... I think thats good. The biggest Loser DVD really is a good investment along with a couple 5lb dumbbells, especially if you can't afford a gym and want to do something in the privacy of your own home. Major props on your weight loss.
 
You look amazing. Seeing these pictures made me order the biggest loser dvd, and a few others.

I hope to get the same results as you in such a fast time =) Just have to really stick with it.
