to all who are wondering
the only thing i did to lose weight is watch what i eat i dont eat junk no more i eat wheat thins ,yogurt ,fruit for snacks pretzels are also good too...drink lots of water...stay away from soda if i drink one soda the next day im bloated all over again...people like to count their calories but as long as u count your calories u also have to look at what your eating...you cant eat junk all day to count your calories it would be pointless..and the more u watch what u eat the more u can eat cause the good stuff has less calories..i also workout to the biggest loser video everyday..the cardio and the strength and sculpt...the more u work your muscles the more calories u will burn..now that im happy at what im at i only workout 3 times maybe 4 times a week.my biggest issue is my belly if any have tips let me know please..im sorry i cant pm any of u cause im a new memeber..they wont let me. and i greatly appreciate all the comments it helps alot
