Before and after!

Sorry it's taken me sooooo long to reply but to answer some of the questions:
1. No, I didn't use any weights for my arms in that after picture, but I'll post a more recent picture (the last one was almost two years ago) because I did start using weights recently. I'll find pictures that show my arms. I'm still a little self conscious of them because there still a little chubby.
2. Thats cool you have the same shirt! It does have the thumb holes, from Delia's?

Thanks for all the compliments! I'm glad I can inspire all of you to loose weight. It CAN be done! :)

Damn! You look incredible! I'm doing the couch to 5k program which is supposed to help you run 3 miles in 2 months...I'm on week 2. I can't even run 5 minutes...I don't see how people can run 1 mile, yet alone 5! Wow...can you tell me if its normal to have a aching/almost throbbing pain in the lower part of your leg? It's near the bone...I used to have shin splints but that's gone away now and I just have this throbbing pain...is that normal?
