Before and after!

I haven't been here in ages because I’ve been super busy! But I thought I'd come back to pass on what inspired me. Although you'll have to forgive the fact I am completely un-photogenic, and look quite unflattering in both pictures. :leaving:
 
well, I lost 60 pounds in about 2 years, so people ask me all the time. and really, I don't have an answer. It was just diet and exercise. I ran about 5 miles a day, 7 days a week. I ate less, and what I ate was better for me. (aka, apple instead of chips) The obvisious weight loss solutions. There is so secret diet, or secret weight loss pill.

About 2 years. I lost about 30 pounds not really trying, but i played sports in high school, which helped. But then starting in aug. 2007, I started doing the 7 days a week in the gym plan, and lost another 30 pounds by feb. 2008.
 
wow,i was about to say...yanno running 5 miles a day is a bit extreme for me. lol..I could probably run/walk 5 miles :D

kudos to you, though! You look fab!

Ps- Did you use any weights for your arms?

My body shape is similar to yours in your first picture. So if I can get to what you look like now I will be really really happy! You look amazing! Tons of RESPECT!

I have the same shirt as you! (blue one) Does yours have the thumbholes in the sleeves?
