wow! what a transformation! As far as numbers on the scale go.. You do look healthy where you are at now.. I wouldn't think you should lose much more (if any).. I would definitely go with more of the toning/strength training goals as opposed to numbers on the scale at this point.. which is exactly where I am at in weight loss journey. I am 5'4 and at 140.. I do weigh myself everyday and have been doing things the hard way like you said.. eating healthier and exercising. I feel I am at a healthy weight now and so I am working on the toning.. Right now I am training for my first half marathon.. which still just seems crazy cuz I would have never even thought it possible a short time ago. Congrats and keep it up!!
