well I run a lot, 2-3 times a day if I didn't have work. I run about 2 hours each time and cut way back on the calories. I eat 800 to 1,000 calories a day, somedays I would go without eating. I always eat fresh food, like fruit, vegetables, sometimes turkey but no junk food at all. I read you should eat more in the morning than later in the day but I never was a morning person, I wake up at like 11:00am and exercise till about 3:00pm most times and then I eat something. I only have about 4 meals a day: maybe turkey (no bread), apple and orange, salad with egg (no dressing), and some carrots. That's an example of how much and what I eat most days, but thats only once and a while most days I just eat and egg and like 4 apples throughout the day. I haven't ate at a restaurant in like 3 months. I take my exercise really hard and non-stop. I also keep track of my weight really careful weighing my-self 2-3 times a day everyday, and if I gain a pound the next morning I train even harder throughout the day. This is what I have been doing and it's been working out really well.
