Saw some of the before and after pics and figured I might as well post mine.
My story is simple. I was a fatass from a young age due to bad eating habits. I stopped regular exercise after high school and my weight issue got worse. I gained fat and likely lost muscle. At my biggest point, I was 300lbs +/- 5 lbs.
Around 2006, I started to make a conscious effort to eat better. In mid 2007, I joined a gym and started to do cardio and lift weights. Since then I have regularly exercised, and eaten relatively healthy. I now run every day and eat well. I now weigh 175lbs, and my physical health is very important to me!
The first picture was in 2004, when I started college. I was about 275 there. The next two was at my heaviest, around 300. The last two are some pictures I took tonight from my webcam at 175.
