I lost a total of 62 pounds over 11 months and i still got more to go :p

Please dont mind the dumb faces im making, went on a weekend vacation with friends and i wanted to fool around haha

62 lbs. in 11 months? :eek: That's great, what did you do to lose all that weight? Congrats by the way.
 
Well, I made the decision to lose weight right when I took my senior pictures. I didn't realize how big I was until I saw it for myself. I guess the thought of me looking like that in the yearbook really bothered me.

But anyways, I started out by running 4 times a week for 15 minutes. It isn't a lot but since I was so inactive I guess It was a really effective change for my body even though it felt like I wasn't giving it my all. I joined a gym around January and started doing weight training with my cardio. Ever since then I've been losing 1-2 pounds a week, with the exception of june, where i stayed the same weight for 3 weeks because I was having a little too much fun with graduating and stuff..

Cool Beans! Thanks for sharing! And by the way, comming from a female,...you don't look bad (whatsoever) in your HighSchool Picture but I can understand your desire to change your life!
 
Keep doing what it is you are doing...you're a fat burning machine now, don't let the furnace burn out :D

Good work but don't lose the suit yet. Personally, I think you look sharper in that suit. All kidding aside, nice work; 62 lbs in 11 months is pretty amazing stuff.
 
Good work! That's an amazing transformation, you should be extremely proud of yourself :sport:
