Before, After, still going..

They say starting to lose weight is hardest, but getting the last few kilos off is the hardest! Although i have absolutely no idea how much more i need to lose to get the 'stomach' i would prefer...

I started out in mid 2004 at - 217.8 pounds
And currently am - 140.8 pounds

i'm 18 years old and my height is 5'5" ...I am aiming for 132 pounds, but not sure if i'll still get the stomach i am aiming for. Which i dun care if it has a bit of a 'potness' just not as lose as it is now. I actually think its more excess skin thats making things hang as much as they are..
I walk everyday, varying between an hour to 2 hours, i'm more after an opinion whether for someone of my height, and if i get down to my goal weight, whether i will have to lose more, or just tone up some.

Suggestions on anything are always helpful! maybe a pic of someone my height, the weight i want with a largeish figure(wide waist, thighs, calfs, etc)

Awesome job on the weight loss.. and you look beautiful.

If you really want us to get critical on advice.. put up your diet. And what derwy said... weight training would help a great deal.. with toning, and tightening yourself up.. Amazing though... incredible number drop. ;)
 
Ya, I agree with the others. You look fantastic! That is a huge improvement weight wise. Congratulations! With dedication like that you're sure to reach your goals. Post up your diet along with your workout/exercise routine and let the experts (this in no way means I'm the expert..lol) critique it and I'm sure the improvement will continue.
