I've been slacking. Seriously I can't believe how far off I am. I've made no progress now because of doing nothing. I saw a recent picture of myself....NOT GOOD, I need to do something.

It took me since Feb to get from what you see in my before to my after. ( I started exercising in May ) On some days I eat very very well, other days, I may go overboard, but who doesnt right?
Usually I will stick between 1200-1400 cal/day. For the first month of my working out, I was doing Billy Blanks Bootcamp workouts, then on my second & third month I switched from Billy to Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred along with 30 mins of running 6x/week.
I lost 50lbs in 3 months from doing all of that and logging everything I ate... I still have another 30 to go and its coming off slowly at this point as i've stopped running (as of 3 weeks ago) and only stuck with the 30 day shred.
In regards to my motivation... at first it was hard.. I was asking myself... am I really going to see a difference? then I stepped on the scale the next week and lost 5 lbs... which then motivated me to keep at it... Once I started dropping pant sizes, it pushed me to see if I can get to the next size down. (in three months I went from a size 16-17 down to a 9 size pant)
i know this may sound funny, but I have a picture of Britney Spears hanging up on the wall in front the treadmill and i keep telling myself that if I keep at it, I will look like that! Here's the pic I use lol
