Before 222+ After 152

Ok, WOW! Seriously, very well-written and inspiring!! I would like to say you were so pretty with the weight (someone who carried it quite well, lovely family too btw) and your after pictures are just as awesome!!

Whatever clicked with you, I am glad that you became empowered and made it happen! To me, the journey to losing weight, the effort, and then the eventual payoff is what is best - strictly mental in my opinion (health effects fantastic too) so coming across this was awesome!! Thank you so much for posting it. It genuinely made me think "I need to whip up into shape" After all, if others can do it, everyone can do it =) Willpower, baby! LOL

People at work tell me I don't need to lose anymore weight. I told them I am going to keep on exercising and eating well and if I lose more weight I am happy and if I don't I still am happy. It's not like I am doing something I don't need to be doing. I don't take things to the extreme like exercising for hours on end and starving myself. Partially it's true but secretly I would like to loose 8-10 more lbs. I am not anywhere near being the lowest weight on the BMI for the normal weight category so I think I can get away with it.

Awesome awesome awesome. You look great and sound like you also feel great. Take it from someone who had similar results...people will make those comments. Ignore them. That thing inside you that drove you to this point, that you found, should continue to work for you. If you eat right and exercise (and build that into your life), your body will find its place. BMI can be deceiving...look into that. If you have good muscle tone and the exercise has led to solid muscle support, you may not be typical of the BMI calculation. By my height and weight...6 foot, 205lbs my BMI on the charts says about 27%, which is overweight. I recently had a BMI test done professionally...16%. I only use BMI as a directional indicator...but you can use a simple scale for this. So be careful about that BMI stuff! You are a new person and should be really congratulated. So congratulations!

You look great. Be proud of everything you have accomplished...you are a rare bird with a very rare accomplishment.
