hi everyone,i'm Elena from Lithuania ,Vilnius,at my before i was 220lbs and now i'm 185 ,i reached that with changing my eating habits and a little bit of exercising,at this moment i stopped and lost my motivation , i wish to bring back my control and start to fight agains myself again.
