Before 160 After 130! Woot!

Thank you Loch you're so sweet :).

Frogged: Thank you too!

I think the reason I want to do this professionally because I've never gotten such a great joy out of doing anything else. I worked with a family friend on her nutrition and helping her gave me such a sense of satisfaction. If you feel the same way I do you should definitely pursue this area (even if it's only on the side).

Thanks for the encouragement! And I must congratulate you as well on the weight loss. That's amazing!!

First week in Texas! Went food shopping the first day and got a gym membership. I hope I can continue my healthy lifestyle.

The trainer at my gym said my weight itself is fine, but I should lose a bit more body fat percentage. I'll post progress pictures in about a month :).

You look fantastic! Congrats on your weight loss and lifestyle change. It's motivating to see for sure.

I think it's even more awesome that you want to pay it forward! <3

Hey! Here are some pictures after two months in Texas. I thought the huge move from California might hinder my journey, but I've been able to stick to my guns :). Sorry about the quality of pictures the camera on my phone is lame and I don't have another one :-(. Would love to get some professional ones taken when I have extra money!

I think the biggest thing I've learned is that the goal should be health and not looking a certain way.

I'll never have the exact body I want, but you know what that doesn't really matter! I'm never going to have naturally large boobs with a small waist or perfectly toned skin (cellulite is inevitable for almost all women, I already have it). I'm healthy and going to live a long and full life despite how i look. That's really all that truly matters in the end :).

I always come back to your thread when I need motivation, we are the same height and started at the same weight and I'm aiming for where you are!!! Very inspiring!!!!!!!!!!

wow you look like a supermodel

it's interesting how we all suffer from insecure self images. To me you are exactly how I would like to look. small chested and athletic build. To me you are perfect. Im not a big chested person but it's the athletic part im trying to achieve (^ - ^)

I do agree however that health is the most important thing. I love being healthy and feeling good.. i know people who are always sick and can't even enjoy a brisk walk.. they are missing out on life and will only slowly suffer until they die if they continue living the way they do.

I agree, I also think that when you begin seeing results from your exercising your overall mental attitude will change and therefore, you'll automatically feel better about yourself.

Geetindeere is half the fun!
