Work's so crazy and unpredicable atm, kinda hating it. On friday our restaraunt is reopening thank god. It just gives me all this extra stress being in a different place working atm. I have to work tomorrow, and then i have 4 days off. They just dont have that many hours for me. So there's 4 days of chilling at home lol. Will deffo work out though. And probably try and go out and socialize once or twice.
I have 400 calories left still today! Cus i did one hour on the crosstrainer :biggrin: yay me. I should eat some more i guess, but i dont want to xD but i should.
I've eaten 1432 calories today, and burned 667... definitely will eat something else.
Don't worry about failing, because you won't!
Even if you hit a rough patch, which we all do, as long as you keep at it, you will get there! That's the whole key to this lifestyle - not stopping! Anyone can 'diet' for a week, a month, or even a year, but if you incorporate your regimen long enough to where it becomes just another part of your every day routine, then you've accomplished your goal already! Then, it's just a matter of time to get to the body shape you're after, and judging from your recent pictures, you're very close (if not already there)! You look great, becky!! :biggrin:
