Hi to anyone reading 
This is my weight loss diary to record various things such as eating/exersice/thoughts. Feel free to say hello.
I'm Becky, a 20 year old british girl. I live in the netherlands. I moved here a few years ago to live with my Dutch boyfriend whom i met online a computer game. Since ive been here ive been gaining quite a bit of weight, especially in the last year. So since september ive been eating less and exercising etc.
In september i weighed 206lbs. Currently i weigh around 166lbs. Im very happy with the improvement in my body size. I still have about 20 or so pounds to lose. Maybe more maybe less, i'll play it by ear.
I work at the moment in a factory and have done for about 6 months. Its not the nicest job but its not so bad really. I dont have any qualifications yet, but i plan to go and study something this year. Still thinking about what that could be. I also study dutch 2 times per week and have done for 2 years now, so my dutch is getting quite good =)
Im eating around 1350 calories per day give or take. I try to exercise atleast 3 times a week going to the gym, or sometimes i just take a walk. Obviously i eat more on days that i've worked out. My downfall is chocolate! i love hot chocolate and sometimes end up having one at work. They have cup a soups there too so sometimes i have those. So long as i keep track of my calories its not too much of an issue.
This last weekend i ate far too much! its that time of the month so i kinda said what the hell? im gonna eat half of this tub of ben and jerrys chocolate fudge brownie ice cream ( low fat version!! ) and a bunch of other stuff too. Its like the cupboards where calling me! But yeh, sometimes it happens, very rarely with me so im being extra good now. Until wednesday..
We're going to eat at a greek restaraunt, and will be going again the wednesday afterwards =s lol.
I think i'll head to bed now. Will try and come back to write something tomorrow. Im under my calories after a big workout this evening so i think ill take something choclatey to bed with me nomnom
