You are doing such a great job!!!!!!! I am sooo proud of you and I hope that you find a good plan to maintain your weight loss. I am going to try to workout atleast five times a week when i reach my goal. I wish you luck and I thank you so much for posting on my wall and supporting me in my weightloss.
 
Newme and Cannon thanks for stopping by. I got on the scale today, no loss no gain. Still at 44 pounds lost. I won't get discouraged though. I've been really looking at my fitday stuff, and think I need to rein in a couple of things, and change my exercise routine. I'm going to drop my cal level too, for a bit. I got stuck at 33 pounds lost for three months, and don't want to repeat a three month plateau again.
 
Dropped the cals over the last few days. Snuck in a weight at work in the afternoon, dressed in my scrubs, and the weight is coming off:cool: .
 
I've discovered little "tricks" with this lifestyle change...I was working out so
much, that maybe I needed to slow it down briefly and drop my cals close to 1000. I lost another 1 1/2 pounds!! Won't do this for long, but needed the boost to break my little plateau.
 
I walked for just about one hour today, and lifted weights after. I had really cut my cals for the week, but went overboard yesterday ( now she's pulling hard on the reins). Weigh in on Tues...
 
Weight training does slow down things a bit on the scale, but it does more to make you look and feel better than anything when part of a regime. You're doing great. Keep it up.
 
Weigh in is tomorrow...hope there's a change on the scale!! Ate one too many pretzels this weekend, probably have some sodium/water retentionl.
 
California bound on Thursday AM!!! Going to see my son, who's in college out there. Soooo psyched. A former coworker came to visit today. She moved to Colorado, and is in the East visiting. She saw me and said "you look like you've lost a hundred pounds!!" Uh, only 45 I told her...geeezzzzz. Won't be posting again until after I return. Plan to work out everyday in the hotel gym.
 
I'm back!!! Had a great time, my son is doing very well. I had very few choices when it came to restaurants (boo hiss). Had to deviate more than once. I worked out most days I was out there. Official weigh in day in Tuesday, but I will check the damage tomorrow. I will visit diaries later!!
