I have a lot to talk about in my journal but I figured that today I would just post the answers to malificent's questions.
1. How much weight do you want to lose?
I want to lose 40 pounds
2. What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
Losing around 1-2 pounds a week means about 6 months, but knowing me, longer.
3. How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I need to learn to eat properly and become more active.
4. Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
I am hoping that this website will help support me.
5. How realistic is your goal?
I feel that this is the ideal spot for my weight based on bmi and the way my body is built.
6. When will you start?
I am starting tonight with dinner.
