Beach Body in 3 months Diary

Okay.... We are going to Orlando the last week of June, first week of July and I want to loos 20 pounds by then. I have 15 weeks. I can do this if I put my mind to it.

To Help we are doing the Biggest Looser challenge at work. The office building that I work in has 2 different businesses in it, so we are going to compete against each other. At the end of the each month whichever team has the highest percentage weightloss the loosing team has to provide the winning team with a healthy carry in lunch. At the end of the 3 months, we are each putting in a $1 a week, and the over all winner wins the money (about $200). Weigh in starts on Monday :)

Official weigh in is every monday at the office. I weighed myself on Firday and it was just about 145. Seeing 125 for our trip to Orlando would be fabulous!

I am going to us this Diary for food, excersice, venting, and support. Please keep me motivated... I want to look hot for my husband in a bathing suit :coolgleamA:

I know how you feel, I want to look better for my trip as well which is in May.

I like your meal plan, sounds nice.
I dont know if you are like me, but it seems that we both could use a nice dose of vegetables lol.

Need to update!

Monday evening, 30 mins on eliptical, 1 hour on treadmill - burned 500 cals

Tuesday
Cereal, Milk, Coffee, Salad (lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, carrots, onions, broccoli, 2 tbs ff ranch), pickle, 2 oz baked fish, greenbeans, cottage cheese, lots of water. Appx; 1000 cals

1 hour of Zumba

Wednesday
2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice toast, Banana, granola bar, coffee, chicken broth soup, manderine oranges, rice crispy treat, hamburger patty, 1 c mac cheese, lots of water. Appx; 1300 cals

20 min eliptical, 1 hour walking track
 
Okay, what did I do yesterday.... 4-9-09

Food, Animal cookies, apple, BBQ chicken breast on bun, 2 eggs, toast, small chili from Wendys with pack of crackers, about 1200 cals

I did not go to the gym, but I chaperoned the school dance from 6:30 - 9. I worked in the concession stand, and that kept me very busy running back and forth!

Well yesterday, 4-10-2009... I slept in an didnt get up till 11 :)

I made a pot of chili because it is cold outside. So the only thing I had to eat yesterday was 4 bowls of chili thoughout the day. Each bowl about a cup and a half. (kidney beans, chili beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, lean ground beef, tomato juice, macaroni) appx. 1500 cals. Lots of fiber :)

Exercise; Hmmm... the gym was closed because of Good Friday... So I went shopping for 5 hours! Bought daughter and easter outfit, dog supplies, easter basket supplies, household goods, and groceries. Mall, Petco, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Walmart, Kroger.

Today... going to Zumba in about an hour.

Stay strong tomorrow for Easter dinner and dont over eat!!!!!!!!!
 
Okay... Easter day :) .... I only ate dinner... but probably consumed about 2500 calories. I did not eat after 5:00 PM. I weighed in today and weighed 141. :) All of the hard work is definately paying off.

Today, I am at about 1600 calories. I did the treadmill for 20 minutes and the treadmill for 45. I burned appx, 400 calories.
 
I have been sticking to my 12 - 1500 calories a day. And going to the gym. I have mostly been doing the Zumba class instead of the machines. It is so much fun. Yesterday I worked in the yard though.

Today my sister and I are going to a Zumbathon for Relay for Life. 2 hours of Zumba :) Should be lots of fun.

Tomorrow morning is weigh in day. I am really going to watch my sodium intake today and not eat anything after 7 pm.

Lost 1.8 pounds this week.

Went to the gym tonight for 1 1/2 hours. Down fall, had speghetti... however around 1600 calories for the day.
 
I am continuing going to Zumba 3 times a week, and working out on the eliptical, treadmill, or resistance weights 2 - 3 times per week. Now I am doing yard work 1 time per week.

Still watching what I eat, I try not to have over 1200-1500 cals a day, sometimes I go over though, not very often.

Weighed in today,... 136.6. Right now I have the most percentage lost. :)
 
Congrats at having the highest percentage loss so far! Keep it up! I'll bet you can make your goal by your trip!
