Ohhh & exercise =

20 minute cycle
10 minute walk
20 min run (300 cals)
10 mins on step machine (100 cals)

Various weight machines.
 
My morning looks like this:

Protein shake
Spinning 'group cycle' class
10 minute run (maybe)
9 minute holiday (sunbed)
Waitrose shopping
 
I'm so borrrred. I'm NEVER bored.
What's the matter with me?

Also.. I'm hungry.
And grouchy.
And I wish my crush liked me back.
 
Oatmilk sounds nom.

Good job for the work-outttt.

Also, waitrose has the best food. So expensive though..

Yesterday was a good food day.

I hope today is another good food day.

Breakfast today was a Slim Fast shake.
And lots of water.

At 11.30, I have my personal training session with Bill. I hope he makes me hurt.
 
Training was ace.
He worked me really hard, which I like :D

B slim fast shake
S raisins, protein shake, 2 rice cAkes & peanut butter
L slim fast shake
S mini Twister ice lolly + 2 x rice cakes & peanut butter (again).

Exercise
- 1hr work out
- 1 hr 45 minute walk pushing my brother

My Sunday was perfect.
Excet for that I ate too much.
And today I ate 5 biscuits at a staffs meeting.
Oink.

B - porridge
S - banana
L - jacket and beans
S - 5 biscuits, 4 rice cakes, 99cal bar
D - will be a slim fast shake after gym.

Have to burn many cals at the gym.
I hope to burn about 400 so I negate the biscuit calories.
Then as a backtowork reward, I'm going tanning After the gym :D

you think they taste chalky?
I kind of lik them.
