I finally found your weight loss diary. Your new picture looks great and I am sure you will have no problem dropping the rest of the weight by this summer! You are going to be smokin' lol. Great job making it through Easter too!
 
Awhh sweetie, are you feeling better now? Nasty bug :( Although..*grins*..at least you managed Easter without too much food!! Hope you're okay lovely xxx

I am feeling better.

I still can't eat much without my stomach getting twisty and without me feeling sick. :/

Today Ive eaten a yogurt, a frozen coffee (why?) and some crudités & humous + roast veg.
I don't know if I'll eat anything else today.
Unwise probably.

I'm meant to be going to an AFI gig tonight at Brixton academy. Not sure I'm up for it. If I go, I'll just get a diet coke.

Today I realised that Jack Wills is not for anyone above a UK size 12.
Way to make me feel SHITTY.
 
I've been away on Spring Break with my cousin.
It has not been a good food week.
At all.
I'm starting again today.
Since I need to cleanse my insides, I'm going to go on a liquid diet for a couple of days.
And go to the gym at least once a day.
I feel horrible & disappointed with myself.
It'll be ok though.
I can undo the damage.
Strictly no junk food from now on.
Cold turkey is the only way.
 
I enjoyed reading your entires. I am 177 too and I aiming for the same weight as you as my longterm goal. I am going to use you as my motivation.
Do not beat yourself up too much. I tend to go cold turkey because I am not good with letting myself have anything that is not good for me around.

= 700 cals.. Maybe 800?

Tonight Im going to run for an hour & hopefully skip dinner or have some tofu, spring onions and soy sauce.

I'm skipping my friends meal tonight.
I'm clearly an asshole.

It feels good to be back on track.

700-800 (and two pittas is 300, apple is 60 so it's probably a lot less than that :/) is not enough!

I took her advice & ate more.
S 2 x rice cakes & 2 x crisp breads
D Tofu (131 cals) + Spring Onion (30 cals) + Soy sauce n chilli (20 cals) = 181 calsish

I will also eat a frozen mullerlight yogurt while I watch a movie.

At the gym I burnt only 300 cals cos I was too tired to run for long.
15 min run
10 min cycle

I shall protein shake then gym then breakfast.

I am trying to make up my mind too. I am thinking should I go to the gym now or in a few hours. I also am thinking should I eat now or later. Decision, decisions.LOL

I think I'll eat at 6pm tonight.
 
I love having an early dinner but then it gets to like 9pm and I know I'll still be up at 2am and my tummy is like "whyyy, Hana?! Whyyy did you feed us earlyyyy?!"

Just like that.

I don't tend to get hungry in the evening.
I just nibble mindlessly.
But I like having an early night so it's alright.

I planned on not eating anything between being at Cafe Nero & having dinner but I am eating half a grape fruit right now & i had rice cakes with peanut butter. I'M ADDICTED. I can't help myself.

What I Ate Today:
B - Protein Shake before the gym
B part 2 - Slim Fast Shake (220 cals)
S - Raisins and 2 rice cakes
L - Slim Fast Shake (220 cals)
S - Americano, 2 x creamcrackers, 2 x rice cakes + pnb, 1/2 grapefruit
D - Still to eat. Will be an Innocent dinner pot :D :D
