Thank you! I feel like I am doing well. It never happens really fast anymore. But my brother in law's wedding is the 18th and I'd like to be down for that!!:)
 
Well, Steve and Cym (and Tom) have told me, that........

"The answer is weight training" LOL!!!

If you want to look GOOD, lifts those weights--it'll make you lose inches and firm you up. Then everyone at the wedding will be like, "My god, did you see Mechelle?? She looks amazing! I wonder what she's been doing........."

Do packing, lifting, and carrying boxes out to a trailer count? Oh and lifting 60 lb cement sacks and getting them into the trailer also? I hope so, 'cause I've been doing quite alot of that lately!!!:rotflmao:

It's our hand-holding day!! I'm here for you. I know there are gonna be so many cookies and sweet snacks at my friend's bridal shower tonight... And probably at your friend's too. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
 
You have come a long way and I'm sure you must have strategies to call on that have helped you through these situations before. I hope it's going well for you - and that the shower is fun!!
 
I didn't do too bad!! I have gained a little but I think it's natural weight fluctuation. We had to drive 6hrs and I always gain a little riding, even if I don't eat. So no loss but really no gain. I'm pretty happy about it!!
