I can't belive I forgot to post, but i got a call from the appraisor last evening.Our offical appraisal will be in tomorrow!! And it will come in where we want is what she told me. I am so excited. This is just too cool. I am sick of half way living in this house!!:jump:

Well the thing is we sold our house, but the final thing is the appraisal. So the appraiser wasn't from around here and priced it way, way to low. Then the buyers couldn't get the loan. So we got a new one and were waiting for results and they came in yesterday. So if all goes well we will fianlly get to close in the next 2 weeks!!:jump:
 
Mechelle hope all goes well with the closing. when my mom-n-laws father passed away and they sold his house it was appraised low and stopped the whole thing since the bank would only loan up to the appraised amount. They finally found an appraiser that knew what it was work and it went smooth after that... The bad thing is when you get a bad appraisal is not normally just a few dollars under its wayyyyyy under....

I never understood as a kid, even as an adult actually, why you couldn't go swimming in the rain - you're in a pool, getting wet - a little rain is gonna do some damage? never made sense to me :)

I understood about thunder and lightening but just rain? bah - go swimming :)
 
Well around here when it rains it is major lighening and thunder. Pools are closed. Electric goes on and off. It's so common to me now that I don't think about saying it's thunder storms we have, not just rain. Sorry guys for the misunderstanding there~!!:)
 
Doing good today. I have my mom's birhtday party to attend tonight and I hope i can control myself. Been doing house work. That is going to be my exercise for the day.
 
I hope the party went well. I'm sure you deserve to feel virtuous. Housecleaning is good exercise I reckon. Bend and stretch! Clean and jerk! Squats! Step ups. Vertical pushups. (Though I have to admit it's NOT my favourite kind. :)
