Hey you - i clean everyday and it is exercise :):):) Especially in this heat - I sweat my ass off!!! Oh and I hope you had fun at mom's party:):):)
 
I did good at the birthday party. Only half a piece of cake. Today however I went 300 cals over. Don't ask. I tried to be prepared and everything. Oh well. Have a great weekend everyone!!:)
 
I did do extra exercise last night to make up for what I ate and drank 2 extra glasses of water. Hopefully today I will be on target!:)
 
Being over by 300 cals once in a while isn't gonna hurt you. ;) You'd have to do that almost 12 times to gain 1 lb! There's a neat way of looking at it. lol Good luck with staying on target today.
 
I think it will all balance out mechelle...dont stress too much over it - when I am a little bader than usual - I totally chug a lug more water :D:D:D

Going 300cals over wont do much harm since it sounds like it is a rarity that you go over!

Stayed on track and kept weight where I wanted it. I am shooting to be down to 147 by the 18th of Aug. I've got it all planned. I know that's not alot but it comes off slow for me!!:)
 
I am still doing very good today. And I am excited and feel like I am finally going to make pretty good progress. I have maintained for to long. And I can't quit for a few months. It just feels like I have this burst of determination right now. So here i go. Wish me luck!!:jump:
 
Yay!! There have to be moments where there's a bit more determination and a bit more progress! Way to go - and lots of luck from me!! :)
