I am trying to get an new appraisal for our house today, if it comes in good we are in business! I'm praying and crossing my fingers here. I am holding steady on the weight this week. Not bad I don't think. I had a friend tell me just recently to stop trying so hard. That I am maintaining so well, if I am still unhappy wait a few moths and try again. But just maintain for now. And it sounds like good advice to me. I am in a size 8 US sizes and I would like to be a 6, but I really don't look that bad and I am kind of burned out, so maybe holding off for a while wouldn't be bad. I know a lot of you on here work so hard and that you would love to be nmy size that I am now. I am proud of your efforts, but mine are just taking longer. Probably cause I am at the last little bit. I did my exercise last night before bed and have been drinking the flavored water. It has 0 cal and 0 fat. I count it as my water. Well wish me luck friends. And let me know your thoughts on just holding off trying so hard to lose weight right now!:)
 
I will support you in anything you choose to do adn maybe this time is the best time when you are so busy especially since you are maintaining now anyway :):):)
 
It seems like right now you are so busy with the house that you don't have the time or energy to really devote to your weight loss plan. So, maintaining for now is probably a good idea. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that! Just watch out that you don't start gaining! We wouldn't want that. Also, be careful that you don't get too comfortable maintaining. You have set a goal and if in 6 months you still haven't gone back to trying to reach that goal, maybe that means you've let yourself get comfy where you are. But you have your Forum friends to help prevent that from happening!
I'll also support you with your decisions. :)
 
I have started doing weight training again. I stopped because I loading and lifting boxes and didn't have time for anything else! But I have started again and it feels pretty dang good!!:)
 
Good for you! I hope it helps relieve some of the stress of moving and makes you feel wonderful.

Wellthe weekend was hectic, but I got through and didn't gain any extra. Mirical I know!! I've worked out and my calves are so sore that I can't hardly walk. And the new appraiser is coming today and I want everything to l0ook good! So instead of sleeping in like I wanted to, i got up early and have been cripling around the house!! So I am off everyone wish me luck that this is better!!:eek:
 
I agree with sunnydee - not gaining is the big thing - and continuing to post here regardless would be a smart move on your part - especially since we don't want to see you goooo!! :D
