We got lucky, the game was cancelled. Probably because of standing water in the field!!:D
 
Good morning Mechelle. I remember mud was a badge of honour for the footballers I went to primary school with. I thought it was fascinating at the time. Mums have a different perspective though :) I guess there is a fine line between muddy baseball and submerged baseball.

I hope you come home happy from the gym. I won't say "have a good time" today because my appreciation of a good workout just at this second is not quite a positive as that - happy afterwards works though. :)

Sat. I skip the gym. We are doing yard work though. I think sometimes it's the harder workout!! Have a great weekend. And love that exercise. It's a helper!!:D
 
I love some kinds of exercise in a consistently positive way. I have to say that the things I think probably do me the most good, contain an element where I'm feeling pretty uncomfortable at times. :D Those things are a bit challenging to start - but they do also give me the best buzz afterwards. :) Between times I try to focus on the pleasure side for whatever I'm doing but I did just sit down at the computer for my last post while I was still at the totally gone stage!! :D
 
We have flood warnings today. After having tornados watchs all night!:eek: It's still very nasty out. But all is well right now. I kept the kids home from school. I didn't want them gone if we do have a tornado. Scares me if they are gone. So anyway I am off to start this morning by getting the house cleaned up!!:rolleyes:

It is looking better now although we still have flood warnings. It's kind of exciting. I don't want something terrible to happen don't get me wrong. I can't imagine losing everything!! But these storms are awesome to watch!! So says a California girl. I never had seen this kind of thing before. So although it's very scary... It is something to see!!:eek:

I am glad the worse has past you.We get flood warnings alot
do to living along the Ohio River but we have floodwalls and the river usually
just covers the road behind the floodwall but thats it.I love to watch storms to until they start showing tornadoes popping up in places then I have a panic attack I totally freak when it looks that bad.
The last time we had a tornadoe was in the 80's because we are down in something?But I am telling you it does get scary looking out.
I hope you stay safe and good luck with morning cleaning.

The electricity has been off most the day. So I took a nap. What else is there to do when it's dark and no power!!:eek: But I feel human. But I am Hungry an dI shouldn't be.:( I am trying not to munch, but it is that kind of day. I am used to being so busy and no activity is killing me!!
 
I am giving myself a big pat on the back. I got my water drank, just a atd bit short on it, and I got my exercise done. Weight lifting. I am starting a new routine as of today!!:)
 
Hey BGS! I started a new plan last week and it's hard changing the routine. I'm gaining more muscle weight... and my skin is getting looser and looser... I'm just wanting to see the scale go the opposite direction! LOL.... How much water do you drink on a daily basis? I'm currently pulling in 100oz + a day... I have a 1.5 liter bottle that I do twice a day...then water when I get home after work... it was hard at first..but now I can't go without it! I LOVE it!

I get in 64 oz. Not as much as I will when it heats up more, but the required amount anyway!!;)
 
Hey... atleast you're getting what you need. I do the extra just incase I miscalculate my sodium intake (though...I haven't used actual SALT in a while)!

Good for you for not using salt. Wish I could say the same. I usually do not have a lot of sodium thoug, so i guess I'm ok. :rolleyes:
