I am too cheap!!

Just curiousity,.. what do Gym Memberships cost for everyone out there. We only have the local YMCA, and for a family pass it is appx. $40.00 per month, small town, Indiana.

Wow that is cheap!:eek: I pay 30 a month for just me and if I did my family, it would cost 75 a month! You should do it!! But if your too cheap, I understand. I have my cheap areas too!:D

No i am not ready for more yucky weather:mad: But I am off to the gym today as soon I as I drop the kids off at school! Then I am home and hopefully cabn stay warm!:D
 
I bet the gym will warm you up! It's a good place to be - making you feel good on the way home I bet. :)
 
Crappy weather. I slipped bad in the snow. Didn't have a wreck though and I am thankful for that. Burned 280 cals at the gym. I would've done more but I could see it was getting bad and I had 20 miles to drive and I I happen to be a chicken in snow!!:eek: well anyway I am back!!:)

I went and got new tires yesterday in anticipation of this round of yucky weather... I am glad that you made it home safe!! Bundle up and hunker down!!

Good job at the gym!! Never discount any cals burned... they add up!!

BR: cereal with 1% milk

LUnch:tuna sandwich

Dinner: roast potato with ranch dressing

Snack:popcorn
2 brownies

Total 1600 with 285 cals burned, so not too bad over

I also guessed high on dinner. My son got it out and would've wasted it and I finished it up. But I wanted to count high just in case!:eek:
 
That sounds like a lot of gym calories to me! Well done! Sorry about the weather coming in on you - good thing that you're a versatile exerciser! :)
 
The food sounds yummy and the exercise sounds great! Sorry to hear you're having craptacular weather... I feel your pain.
And you were speaking about cheap gym memberships before. Get a load of this: At my university, when I pay my tuition I pay a $40 fee for a 4 month membership! Now that's cheap. :) I love it.
