Ok. So I am now back from a nap and feel much better. Wouldn't have took much... Anyway. I am ok cals wise, but i may use this for a rest day. We'll see. I have a lot to get done now!:eek:
 
Br: cereal with 1% milk

Lunch: roast
potato
carrotts
2 slices of bread with lite butter

Snacks:
slice of cinnamon swirl cake
babyruth

Dinner: popcorn

Total;1550 cals
That is the max that iam allowed in cals., but I am one week away from TOM:( For some unlikely reason this makes me snacky!:mad:
 
Well I made it through yesterday. I did some weigh traing last night for about 15 min. It was in tense though, because I am sore. Also did 50 crunch's. Going tio the gym this mornign as soon as I drop the kids off at school!:)

I wanna eat everythign in sight the week before...I made it through my time this month with no gain, loss actually and I ate and ate and ate just pigged out on like carrots and such...ate lots of things i knew couldnt do much damage...also when I am snacky I eat popcorn, it does the trick for me...
 
Ok today I don't feel so tired and I am trying to stay very busy to keep the munchies at bay!:p I went to the gym and did the elliptical trainer. Burned 309 cals in 30 mins and that was over 2 miles, but can;'t remember how much.:confused: I am starting to do strength exercises that steve the buff guy(DROOLS!):D told me I should do. Hoping this will work out.:rolleyes:
 
thats awesome. i'm happy for you. I REALLY need to get a gym membership. After i do strength training exercises at home- i feel great! good luck.

Some people don't like the gym, but I love it. I am getting to use the equipment more as I become more confident too. So if you can , I recomend it!:)
 
Hey girlio, glad to hear you had a good time at the gym. Just dropping in to say hello. And thanks for your efforts to make me feel better about shoveling by reminding me how many calories I'm burning. lol My back muscles are arguing that it still isn't worth it.
