:rolleyes: Well so far I have done 45 min of an exercise video. I am having a hard time not munching although I have plenty of house work to do and am working on it. I can't seam to get warm today and I think that's the problem. I am not really hungry. At 2 pm I am going to do another exercise video. I am trying for a total of 2 hrs all this week. Each day!! LOL I'm not sure if I am making sense!!
 
Try putting the scale in the closet and locking the door - that's one way to move it ;)
(Not that I could mind you - I did that for 16 years and gained 72 pounds!)

I am tired. But I did fair today. Bowl of cereal with milk.
2 cups of healthy choice chick soup
2 cinn rolls:mad:
1 1/2 potatos &ham from box and low cals

I don't know so far the scales aren't showing it. i ahve drank my water and did my exercise!!:rolleyes:

I just didnt own one - it solved a lot of problems wondering how much i weighed, i dont think i really wanted to know :p
 
I try and weigh once a week... sometimes I sneak a peak in between. Im not sure which is better... I have read that you should weigh every day to keep track and I have read not to weigh at all, just go by measurements. I would rather weigh than measure...
 
Ok so this not losing is really getting to me. Hummm... So I thought about it a lot last night and the this morning I think I have the answer. SODIUM! I think I'm getting too much and need to cut back. Problem is I don't know how much you are supposed to get a day. But I think it is causing me to retain water. Someone please help!!:(

Ok, I know ya'll get tired of me saying the same thing but if you up your fiber intake it will help. Fiber absorbs a lot of the bad stuff and scoots it out of your system. It will absorb excess sodium, fats, etc. You should be eating 30g of fiber a day. Here is the website .

Hey Be gone...

At sparkpeople it says that my maximum sodium is like 0-2300. Though it probably changes from person to person, but just to give you an idea...

It could definitely make you retain water. Are you drinkig a lot of water???
 
I drink at least 64 oz a day and sometimes more. Depends. And I try to eat a lot of fiber although I know I could do better. I am just lazy that way!!:rolleyes:
