If you're going to have some no-no food the morning is a good time to do it. You have all day to offset it a bit. It might have to be a salad day but you can do it.........

P.S. no 1000 calorie salads lol......
 
Hey BGS.. Don't sweat the small stuff... I mean..stay focused but... one thing that I'm learning is...dont' freak out over one misstep... cause there's always an extra mile you can walk, or another 10 squats, or 10 pushups...well..you get the idea! Have a great night!!!

Like hilly said morning is the best time for that
then you have all day to burn it off and use it for energy.Lol
I took down my trr the day after Xmas I put it up early then as
soon as xmas is over I can't stand to look at it another day.....
Well I hope you have a gr8 weekend and goodluck with the
treadmill I hear ya with the cold I am a wimp when it comes to

hmm I made up a recipe for yall

3 cups lettuce , carrot, etc normal salad stuff
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup avacado
1/2 cup mayo

ta daaahh!
Not sure i would wanna eat it though :/
But id pickout the cashews and eat every single one!
 
wtf? how do you get a 1000 calorie salad?! :O

I don't know if I can get to 1000 but I would start with 2 or 3 types of lettuce(about 4 heads), some boiled eggs, bacon(full fat) onions, blue cheese hunks, some roasted corn, a few pieces of a sweet fennel sausage(full fat of coarse), some boiled spicy shrimp and about 4 other types of cheese hunks. Top it all with a full fat pepper ranch dressing. Serve in a great big bowl with homemade garlic crunchies.
 
oh i skipped cheese in mine, I hate cheese in salads - its yuck :/
even when i wasnt on a diet i never liked it lol.

Yeah eggs, thats a good one too. Thrown in some seeds of some sort - maybe pumpkin?
 
We have a salad day at my house sometimes for dinner... just like a salad bar.
Lettuce, spinach, cheese, diced ham, tomatos, cucumbers, onions, bacon bits, mushrooms, boiled eggs, ranch dressing or french, croutons. Yum! I have to laugh at my husband because he probably has about a 1/4 cup of greens underneath all of the toppings!.. HEHE
 
Sunflower seeds! You missed those and pineapple tidbits. Yummy!! LOL I did well last night No 1000 cal salad. A couple of cookies I shouldn't have touched. But I'm ok on the scale this morning, so it's all goood!!:D
