Well I did real well today! But I may have blown it with dinner. I made a nice one and waited for hubby to get home and I was starved. Hope tomorrow I do better!!:rolleyes:

I am really gonna try! I just can't wait on my husband to get home to eat! It takes too long and I end up over eating because of it! Bummer, I like us to sit down like a family for dinner, but I can't do that and lose so it's out the door!!

Sure you can, just eat something between lunch and dinner so you're not completely starving by the time he gets home. That way you still get to have family time at the dinner table, while not stressing about going overboard.
 
Well I'm starting another day and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'm trying to get myself pumped so I can drop this awful!! LOL I sure hope it works!!
 
hey b, howz about taking dinner apart and having a portion of it before he gets there...maybe a salad? then things wont b so bad when he gets there =-) damn...i should take my own advice!
 
Well I haven't done bad to day. Had to go grocery store and get it over with before the bad weather hit. Yesterday it got to 74 and tonight we are having ice storms. I think school will be out!! I will try to catch up on evryone's diaries tomorrow!!
 
Have a good night! It's going to be 78 to 80 tomorrow...UGH... End of december in the upper 70's/80's... thats just ridiculous! BUT... will be 65 Monday...YAY....
 
We ar at 17 this morning and my stupid husband took off for work! He's drives an hour to the ccity and we had freezing rain all night. I am soo worried! Anyway I am up early this morning. Doubt if I'll sen the kids to school, even if they have it. I don't want to drive in this. I felt like I did real well yesterday, but the scales don't show it!:mad: Gotta try harder today!!:eek:
 
Hey BGS, driving in freezing rain conditions is never fun. I haven't had to do it in a long time but that time'll come soon! I know how you feel when you say that you feel like you did awesome the day before and almost feel like you have nothing to show for it! Can be very frustrating... then you just have to push for results! I know you're doing your best and We're all behind you! And I also know what you mean about the dinner thing. I work until 5:30 and my wife is a stay at home mom and it really can throw our schedules off! But we're working a groove out... most of the time we feed the kids first then her and I eat together. Unless she's feeling really good..then we all try to eat together. Tryin not to be so late for dinner...
 
Man I am tired. It has been one of those weeks. I think I am ok. Holding steady is good, right? No weight loss so far, maybe next week!
 
Since I've been doing pushups and situps... I've been building muscle, getting stronger... and I wonder if that's going to cause my weightloss to slow down...I don't want it too... I want my weight to continue to plummit...
