Im in the same boat, its sooooo easy until 6pm hits, then no structure, no work--its just you, the tv, and your craving staring you down---WE CAN DO IT!!!

Dropping by to say Howdy! I am haveing the
same problem with trying to get enough exersices in and to get
enough energy to do it! I have been failing in the eating healthy
department to but I am hoping I stay on track atleast till turkeyday!

Consistency is your friend. Remember, you're not 'obese' so it's not gonna 'fly' off you like it does for others (like myself).
16 lbs is a tad over 10% of your entire body weight - that's a lot at your size. Even if you lose a pound a week, you still won't be done till nearly next spring so keep these thoughts in mind so you don't go on tilt.
Stay mindful you need to be fair to yourself and use consistency. You'll get there
Hey you're doing great so far, try not to get frustrated. We all want the weight to come off fast but we have learned that if it comes off in an unhealthy manner then it is less likely to stay off. So please try to do it slow and steady. You can do it!!
I am down 1 lb.!!!!! I want to go down 1 more before this week is over. It's cool , don't worry. I'm tracking everything on sparkpeople and I'm doing ok. I'm just getting in some extra exercise!!
First off, congrats on being down a pound this week. Secondly...*OHD steps back and shakes BGS REALLY hard* GIRL! You will NOT do this unhealthily! GET THAT OUTTA YOUR BRAIN RIGHT NOW! T2 and the gang are trying to be nice about it, but I'm cutting to the chase. I will get on a plane and come "whoop" (that's right I said it! lol) your butt!
You have come TOO far to do something unhealthy and through your metabolism out of whack and gain it all back. I will NOT allow this! Don't make me buy a plan ticket, I swear girl!
Now you're right 5 lbs a month isn't too much, but when you stop to think about it, that's not that different from what T2 was saying. That's relatively the same thing as saying a pound a week...depending on how may weeks there are in the month in question. And if it happens to be a four week month, its a little over a pound each week. It's all in the lens that you look through when interpreting weight loss.
You WILL do this, but I'm not letting you do something that will harm you, I just wont.

Thank you! You guys are great! But I have been working on this much longer than I have been on the forum. My goal has been my 10 ann. I'm excited. And I can keep it off, I know it.Just 2 137. That is 15 lbs in 3 months counting this one. 5 lbs. a month. I ahve been meeting that goal I set for myself too, but when I got sick and then all the rest of my family did too I got off track a bit. But I'm on again. I have to do this for myself.
Yes you WILL! Don't beat yourself up about "life." You can't control the fact that you and the kids got sick...it's that time of year. Keep up the good work and keep your head up! *hugs* I just care about you to much to let you do anything rash! I hope you understand that the *shaking" came from my heart.
