Today I am having a lazy day. I still want to get my exercise in cause I didn't do too great yesterday. Igot all but one glass of water in. We were in the office putting up lights and it got so cold the thought of one more glass was not appealing! So I had decaf coffee, with splenda. Today I want to do better. I'm hoping Sunday will see me at 152. !53 is quite boring by now. I know it's my fault, so I'm trying to do better. Anybody have some low cal recipes for dinner that do not require a lot of cash? And not too heavy an the veggies. They are not my favorite.
