I love diet Dr. Pepper. I have had a hard time with diet drinks, so that i like one is good. Fr. Potatos are yummy. I like mine with onion and bell peppr! MMMM
 
It's low in calorie you know, you can have some! And it even works for a snack. Very filling! i am not always a candy freaK! i have good ideas once in while!! LOL
 
I'm havinh lasagna for dinner. My treat. I do like mine soo well! Onoins bell pepper and cottage cheese. FF cottage chees at that. It's not bad at all. But I gave up trying to count earlier in the week. Hope to start again next week!
 
:D Yummy guys! You missed out on the very best lasagna! But I only ate one small piece then came in and brushed my teeth so I wouldn't be tempted for more! Off to church so I won't be cheating tonight!!
 
I'm feeling better! got awhole night's sleep last night. I didn't do too well. Tonight will be harder. The church is doing a thing of everyone bring soup and sandwich's. I have a hard time not trying eveyone's stuff. They are such good cooks!! I need some help here!!

Dang...soup and sandwiches sound hard to resist. I don't think you'll go too wrong with the soups...aside from the sodium maybe, but be easy with those sandwiches...especially all that white bread (it's EVIL lol) This may be impossible, not sure of the set up, but limit yourself to 2-3 tablespoons of each soup or something like that and only eat one of your own sandwiches...that way you know the caloric intake. OOOOR you could just consider tonight your cheat day and put in some extra exercise when you get home or tomorrow to try to balance it a little bit.

I'll leave now, upon reading that, my advice doesn't sound helpful at all. :p

I did pretty good! Not as good as I should have, but not too bad either!! Well I'm off. Probably only check in a couple of times till Monday!
 
I didn't do as bad as I thought. Only gained 1-2 lbs. That's easy enought o take off. So it's Monday. Here I go again!!:D
