Lunch was a small piece of that lean pizza. I am really starting to get hungry!! I'm trying to eat by 5:00 pm for dinner and then that's it for the day, but I don't know if I can make one more hour till then. I'm starved!!
geez girl! dont starve yourself. there are good for you snacks you can eat to fill the belly without much damage, like a small salad with lemon or vinegar. or some celery with a tablespoon of something not fatty...like hummus or something. when your belly gets hungry you should feed it. and its not going to hurt you to eat after 5pm if your still within your calorie range either. your body needs food, if you starve it your metabolism will slow down and it will start storing fats.

Sure! i'd love to paint your place. That is a heck of an exercise! And I know about having a small snack, but I'm trying to very careful because I'm afraid I'll back track when i am cooking all the time for company! I'm not any good at portioning, so I make the bare min. for the family and then eat what's left. Not much generally, so I can't over eat!!
I have done pretty good today. Did eat out but had Sm. bowl chicken tortilla soupand a sm deli sand with must, lett, tom and ham. Have the quirts today and I've already got rid of lunch, so you can't beat that huh?
Feeling pretty right now, but we'll see how the day progresses! Have not ate yet. My company will be ib today and I'm soooo afraid this will mess me up. Wish me luck!!
