Im so happy to hear abt you going to boot camp - I cant wait to hear abt your next weigh in and ievne if it isnt what you want or are expecting just remeber it will happen big soon - your doing it girl!!!

I am back from the gym. And I feel great. The sun is shining and it looks like a real nice day. I am making this all veggie soup that is very low cal. I am going to start snacking on this and see if it helps!!:rolleyes:

Congrats on getting an early start on your workout!
Your doing great I made some tuna salad to snack on instead of
my weightwatchers deserts for one I have been craving it and 2
see if it helps a little more eating more protien.

YAY! Great job getting to the gym! Excersize is funny...isnt' it? You have to MAKE yourself do it, but once your done, your like "wow, i feel great!" lol

Speaking of soup...do you buy progresso veggie soup?? its only 160 cals and it REALLY fills ya up!

Hi you - you will see a great difference soon - maybe it will just drop like that and you will almost fall over - that happenned to me before int eh beginning - I would see nothign forever and then be down like 3 or 4 lbs it is a nice pleasant surprize - slow and steady wins the race and patience helps alot too !!!
 
hey it's International Polar Bear Day - have you hugged a polar bear today? probably not the wisest thing to do -they are cute but thoroughly mean creatures :)
 
hey bm, just checkin in on ya...i'm so glad you found an excersize routine that works for ya! great job with the motivation and I know we can jump outta the 150's this week!!! both of us!
