Be warned: In underwear and its not pretty

So to get this out of the way here I am in (almost) all my glory.

My weight and what-not are in my sig.

I want to be somewhere between
and

So I never noticed how extreme of a pear shape I am... or how fat I have gotten.

Anyway I am running 1.5- 3 miles everyday plenty of crunches and sit-ups and lunges and things of that nature. I haven't really worked out a plan yet.
Eating a very clean diet as of monday. Once I get some of the weight off I guess I'll see where I want to go from there.

Will give updates!

You really don't have that far to go. Eating clean is great. Make certain you incorporate some weights into the mix. Add some mucle and that "pear" will turn into what you are lookign for.

Your not looking bad to begin with.

To reach your goal make sure you stay motivated, no matter what!

Keep posting on this forum, many of people can and will help you! :)

Good luck.

Underwear pics are always welcome LOL

You have a good starting point. Tom is right this forum can be very motivational.

When I read the title I expected something terrible. I agree w/ Mr Devine. You don't have that far to go.

Women tend to store excess body fat in their hips, no surprise there. Stick to it and I bet you'll have fantastic results

Way to go! You look good for starting out!! Im in the same boat you are. My goal is the same! If my body can look half as good as those two girls look Ill be ok!

Star Shine,

It will take no time for you to loose what little there is for you to loose :)
You have already started a clean diet and that is half the battle of loosing fat. With the exercise, it will fall off and you'll be posting your new figure in no time :D

The people here will help if you ask, so don't be afraid to post a question!

Good luck and nice to have you here!

Cheers,
Diane

Total candidate for "total body make-over" in 2 months. Diet, exercise and it'll be amazing!

Kudo's for posting pics like that....takes balls (metaphorically speaking, of course ;))

You should work out a plan with some of the members on the forum. I tihnk you need to start lifting weights. Full Body Workout (It'd only have to be 3 exercises each session too if you dind't want to lift more.) 3 times a week and you'll be good. That's what I did, and I dropped from 205 to 153.

You could just keep switching off between
A Squat
Bench
Bent Over Row

B Deadlift
Military press
Pullups

If you do anything, it'd be squats and deads, they're the MOST important.

Hope you do well

Wow, Thank you guys for all the support!

AZN_Dave, I will definitely look into what you suggested. Sadly enough I only know how to do a couple of those exercises .

I have been doing a lot of research on here so hopefully I'll figure out what I am doing.

If you dont' have a gym where a trainer can show you the correct form for those exercises, you can look them up on youtube.

If you have any quesetiosn feel free to ask, we're all decently knowledgable on this site, and i've done some weight loss myself :)

Wow, that's not much of a horror pic at all.

I personally think those two you listed are a bit too skinny. Most men like curves, not ribs.

Anyhow, a bit of exercise and clean diet will have you where you want to be. Shouldn't take longer than a couple months if you stick with it.

You already look great!

In terms of your goals though, do you think you should aim to look like someone else? I've heard guys say they want Brad Pitt's body or whatnot, and I think thats just a recipe for defeat. Some guys may never look like Brad Pitt (they may look better, in fact).

I think it's a shame that so many girls strive to look like models they see in the media. Don't take this as negative - I wholeheartedly believe you can look better than those models in time. I just don't think its a good idea to compare yourself to anyone except yourself. Once you get down to your goal weight of 105, you might not look anything how you expected - but when you compare yourself to the picture you posted here at 120, you'll notice a huge difference. If you'd only be happy with looking like those girls, you might not give yourself enough credit for a job well done.

Side Note: My friend's younger sister is a model. Shes 5'9 and has very little fat on her (I dont know her weight). Her agency told her to lose 2 inches off her waist or she'd be fired. Let me tell you - she doesn't have 2 inches to lose. There's nothing there! So she quit before they fired her because she was comfortable with her body in its current state, and for that I comend her.

Good luck

Thank you. You are totally right. :luxlove:

I may be in a minority but those models you posted may be a little thin. You can still be big and beautiful. The media portrayal of anorexic models as something that other women should look forward to is wrong in my opinion.

LOL: The guy who suggested she does all these presses and what nots - just typical for a guy isn't it? :11doh:
