Basic rules for weight loss that I used which most people ignores

so i dont understand why some people overcomplicate the weight loss thing, when they can simply start their weight loss journey by simply following the basic rules n then progress further. Coming from a guy who used to be 107kg couple of years ago from now, the thing i did as simply to ignore all the bullshits that people around me were giving me n decided to follow what works, stay on it n then follow it consistenly. Now i am a fit muscular guy with 73 kg of lean mucle mass. What i did was nothing extra ordinary, just followed this basic simple steps.

73 kg of muscle mass? So how much do you weigh in total?
