I'm not sure if I need to cut or bulk.
I mean sure, I own a little fat around my midriff, but nothing that the shirt won't hide
Basically, the body I want, is the same as the one I achieve when I stand in the mirror and tense up as much as possible, flexing all my muscles at once.
Is this achieved through building more muscle, or just toning?
