Day 54 of no pop

I have been so busy this week that I have not had a chance to post on here. I weighed myself this morning and I am up a half pound. My official weigh in isn't until Monday so I still have a chance to not have my first gain week. I am not real sure what happened this week. I have been eating my normal. The only thing that I can hope for is that I had too much salt and have some water weight. I am going to avoid salt for the next 2 days and see if I can drop at least a pound in the next 2 days.
 
Water will help a lot. You might retain some to start with, but the extra water will flush it out in a day or so.
 
Day 56 of no pop.

My monday weigh in was 274.4 for a .6 pound loss. My smallest loss of the diet so far. I guess I am happy since I actually gained weight half way through the week. Today is our sons 5th birthday so I will have some cake and ice cream and then on Saturday we are having his birthday party. I will try to keep it to a minimum but I have a feeling this will be another rough week.
 
Day 58 of no pop

I am really struggling on this diet over the last week or so. I have not cheated but I am feeling tempted each day. I should probably just have a cheat day and get back on it but I have really challenged myself to lose 14 more pounds by April 7th. We are leaving for Vegas on the 8th. Once we get back I plan on changing my diet plan to incorporate a cheat day in to my plans. I just need to get through the next 4 weeks and make it to day 90.
 
Gee it's been 10 days since I updated this. I find it hard to log on every day so I think I will update weekly for sure on Monday and maybe during the week if I have time.

Anyways, day 68 of no pop.
I am still going strong. Today I hit the 30 lbs loss mark. Although my official weigh in is not unail Mobday I am happy about the milestone.
 
how do you avoid fast food?
i crave for fast food alot, although i know its not good for our health, can u give me some tips.

We also used to eat a lot of fast food. It is just so convenient and most of it tastes decent. We still do some fast food but we have made better choices. For example. I used to go to Wendys and get the 4 for 4 (4 piece, JBC, fries, drink), I would even make the meal a medium size. I am not sure the calories but weight watchers point wise that would be approx 30 points. I get 40 points in a day so my old lunch used to use most of my points. That was real eye opening once I saw that. So now I will still do Wendys but I get a Jr Hamburger and a small chili and I will drink water. It costs me approx 10 points which is perfect for a lunch. Same with Mcdonalds, I will avoid the Big Mac but maybe get a mac jr.
 
so simple we need to count our calories,
like what we are going to eat and specially related to junk food, we can eat, but once a week and medium or small in size which will be helpful for us to loose weight and stay fit.
