Joined yesterday, have researched today, will start tomorrow.

Have the initial 10 day kick start plan in place.

Can't wait to get stuck in.
 
Had a few bumps in the way and my clean start keeps failing. So I'm logging as of today- even though I'm not clean eating I want to see exactly how much crap I am munching.
B- berrocca, peach and 25g oats and water= 144 cals
L- apple muller rice, hot water = 220 cals
S- 2 bourbon biscuits, red grapes = 240 cals
