ok, ive got a basic plan of how im going to workout ive dont this for 2 days already and im just wondering if i need to add any more workouts so i dont become unbalanced i do sit ups to the right X40 sit ups to the left X40 and then
40 sit ups in the middle after that i do 30 leg raises. after i do all of that i do pushups to the point of failure and pull ups to the point of failure also i'm starting track in a week and i believe that should suffice for my cardio . (i plan to do pole vaulting for the 2nd year and then maybe a few relays and the 1 mile) is there anything i am missing. I don't have any equipment except for a pull up bar. if you could please tell me any exercises it would be helpful.
also is there anything that i should do after a workout to increase the effectiveness of the workouts? normally after a workout i don't do anything.
Oh yah i'm 14 and weigh 126 lbs idk the % of body fat
