Hello all,
Well I guess I decided to write me a diary as well of how my life is going with this weight loss thing. First off I never thought I would be on a weight loss anything because I was always skinny through out my life and always wanted to gain weight and take weight gainer etc. Now I look in the mirror and see this once small guy now 200 lbs with a huge stomach and i'm saying to my self,How did this happen? I would wake up in the morning and feel tired all the time and not want to go anywhere.I know that everyone can relate to this one when you meet a special someone and you spend a lot of time together (cooking, going out to eat,fast food etc) you tend to gain weight and not even notice it.Well that's what happened to me.So in the last 3 weeks I decided to take charge of my life and get back active,going to the gym and eating right. It has really paid off and I see a big diffrence in my energy,the way my fiance looks at me and my clothes fit so much better. I want to make this a life time commitment because I always want my soon to be wife continue to be attracted to me like the fist time we met. I guess that's what i'm most scared of is sticking to this healthy lifestyle.Right now I am still fighting this cold that I got since Thursday. I guess my body not fighting it off fast enough. I really want to get out the house and go work out.Thanks for reading my story.
