Right just letting everyone know im into my second week of cutting and it Feels great, im actually starting to like running, I run mondays wednesdays and fridays at 6am just out of bed tbh lol for 30 mins ITS GREAT! :jump1: Is this enough? Ive also reduced my diet by around 500- 700 calories and try to eat as evenly and healthily as possible
