Right just letting everyone know im into my second week of cutting and it Feels great, im actually starting to like running, I run mondays wednesdays and fridays at 6am just out of bed tbh lol for 30 mins ITS GREAT! :jump1: Is this enough? Ive also reduced my diet by around 500- 700 calories and try to eat as evenly and healthily as possible

Wow your first change in the first 3 pics was awesome, I am so envious of people who realise to take this up from when they are still skinny as the muscle shows much more. You looked good and congrats on the effort.

Although you may feel you have let yourself go a little with the lack of excercise you have the right attitude to keep going now and cut that body up mate. Good luck with it all and I know you will Brad Pitt it up soon.
