back to training :O

hey guys...its been a while.

I have started a new job, got a new flat, and got engaged.

I have also done no martial arts, weights, or generally any exercise at all for a long time! I have gone from being motivated, lean, muscular, agile and very fit, to lethargic, and flabby!

I am about to go and sign up to the gym again so wish me luck! I think I will do light weight work for the whole body for a few weeks to get me back into the swing of things, then go heavy with low reps 2-3 times a week to gain some muscle.
 
I'm back! I did squats, shoulder press, bench press, lat pulldown and situps with light weights.

I have to say I feel better already! I look forward to posting on hre a bit more in the future...
