Back to square one...

Last summer I managed to get down to my goal weight...& now I've managed to gain all the weight back again. Not at all impressed with my failure again.
So as of tomorrow I am going to use this diary in order to attempt to keep track of my food intake (not going to record what I've eaten today as I'm currently trying not to think about it). I just don't understand why I do this to myself over & over again :(
 
I know what you mean. I am in the same boat as you...lost wt and got to my goal wt and now am back to square one and then some...hate it..all we can do is start our journey all over again and hope for the best....lets take it one day at a time...
 
Ohhh man, how I can relate! I never got to my ULTIMATE goal weight, but I did lose 40lbs, then manged to gain it back over the course of a coupla years... So, now I gotta relose that 40, plus more. Horrible. Time to put our foot down on the destructive stuff! Have a GREAT 1st day on the plan; looking forward to reading your progress :)
 
I have been there. I think most of us has. For me, I was 311 once and got under 300 vowing never 300 again.

Well, I'm starting this at 400 so if we learned anything is my vows aren't worth alot :p
