Last summer I managed to get down to my goal weight...& now I've managed to gain all the weight back again. Not at all impressed with my failure again.
So as of tomorrow I am going to use this diary in order to attempt to keep track of my food intake (not going to record what I've eaten today as I'm currently trying not to think about it). I just don't understand why I do this to myself over & over again
