Ok...
I am here to try and do this again.
I was on here last year this time and I found the inspiration, motivation, and friendship was fantastic. But I let the pressures of life overwhelm me, and fell off the wagon.
Time to get back on!
Why: Well, I saw photos of me from New Years, and while I have lost weight and was feeling great, I saw myself and said, "that's not where I want to be"
I am having difficulties losing the weight I want. I have lost 15lbs since last year, and I seem to be stuck.I am watching what I eat, going to the gym, and trying so very hard to stay motivated. But this is why I am here!
My goals: To keep track of my exercise and food intake. The logic is: what goes in, has to come off. I know watching calories in and calories expenditure is the way to do it- now it is just time to apply this knowledge.
I hope you guys take me back! And I hope to make you proud!! I CAN DO THIS!!
I also will take any advice/guidance from you folks! I need it!
